Very affordable tires, great service.
I just had the best customer service @ LJ Walmart Automotive and it didn't cost me a penny ! First as I'm waiting in line less than 2 minutes a tech greets me with a smile as I'm gulping down my vitamins and ask" How are you or how can I help you ? " After I shared my concerns he checked all 4 tires confirming air capacity in door jam and reassured me I was in good shape as I assured him I would be back to see him with some other issues soon and I happily headed to work on time .....this is how a business should be run ! Waited over an hour to get a battery installed and still told they hadn't gotten to it and would be at least another hour. There were three cars here when I got here for oil changes. At 9:15am. Had me pull over then took the truck behind me to another spot started on it to change his battery. Never again.
A Nightmare at Walmart Tire Center – Avoid at All Costs I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Walmart Tire Center, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. From start to finish, it was a disaster. It took over 30 minutes just for someone to write up a ticket. That should have been my first red flag, but I decided to stick it out. Big mistake.
