Went to get two tires replace and drivers back tire fix, I ask for prices on tires and the guy Kieth walk away never told me the price. I walk inside talk to Leo and told him what happen , even one of there workers said see him walk away . Finally got help and wait hrs. When it was done they didn’t fix the back tire (patch it up) I had to wait other 30 minutes cuz they forgot to write it down . Terrible services , Kieth terrible customer service get rid of him.
Legitimately worst place I’ve ever been to. But what can you expect from something that comes from Walmart? Maybe it’s my fault for trusting that they could provide genuine decent customer service. Sean is I’ve been a Walmart Auto customer for over seven years. Today, Walmart employee called SEAN, made me dislike the store. As I approached the tire change lane, Sean arrived with a nose up carrying a huge attitude IDK why?? I went to the Walmart Auto Care Center on Shaw & Ingram for a battery replacement under my Walmart battery warranty. Initially, Manager Jesus told me I needed to bring the car and old battery in so they could process the warranty. After returning with my car, service writer/greeter Shaon M checked the battery, then spoke with Jesus, who said he “didn’t have time” to address the issue and sent him to Team Lead Lupe. It's Walmart. Don't expect things to go 100% smoothly. The work may take a little longer. The customer waiting area is cramped and bare. So, why do I give them five stars? Because I shopped for my tires online and found Walmart was the least expensive place, especially when adding in the costs of installation and Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors replacement.
