I brought my car to Walmart over the years for an oil service. This is the first bad and by far the worst experience I have ever had. The service technician decided to reset my odometer trips for no reason and by doing so I Lost my documentation for my mileage reimbursement. When I asked for the manager they brought a "team lead" "Jerry"who told me " sorry she didn't know what she was doing she didn't mean to" and "you should document your miles" (which I let him know that is what a trip is for,) That's great and I understan... read more
I have come to Walmart for my auto needs for years simply because they’re the cheapest I’ve found. I have always known “you get what you pay for” especially when it comes to Walmart. but after my experience trying to get new tires on my car, I will never be back, even for an oil change. would give 0 stars if it was an option. I bought 4 tires in app a few days ago, specifically because they were available for installation that day.
