When I didn't want to pay for the LIFETIME rotate and balance service that we always forget to use, they became extremely rude and condescending. They told me for many minutes in many ways how they're required by law to do it, and do I really want to be driving my car in an illegal condition(?) It was ridiculous how long they went on making me feel like I had no choice but to pay for the lifetime service, before finally quoting the NON lifetime service, and not at all nicely. I have come to Walmart for my auto needs for years simply because they’re the cheapest I’ve found. I have always known “you get what you pay for” especially when it comes to Walmart. but after my experience trying to get new tires on my car, I will never be back, even for an oil change. would give 0 stars if it was an option. I bought 4 tires in app a few days ago, specifically because they were available for installation that day. There's a lady that works that counter in the auto section that is absolutely amazing I'm on oxygen and she actually helped me get out of there quicker than quick and really made my day and made things really easy on me I've got to give her props for going out of her way for me and that is what I call excellent customer service and also they helped me with the battery a couple times and adjusting a warranty and they're just really knowledgeable I wish I knew that woman's name but she's great.
