I was trying to figure out how to schedule a tire rotation online. When I realized that that's not an option, I went in early to get ahead of the rush. I was then told it would be a 2 and 1/2 hour wait, which I do not have time for today. I would normally give the Auto center five stars. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the kindness your Employee showed at the front register.
My battery was slowly dying and today was the probably the last chance I had to get it in. I was only able to get in over the lunch hour. They got to me quickly and did a great job, despite me not having an appointment and a previous customer being rude for no reason. My car is running much better now and the price was by far the best available.
Horrible customer service by RANDY in the tire center. Will not return to this location.
I pulled in at 645pm tonight and was wanting a basic oil change, badly needed. The facility was still open with guys working on a car in the tire lane. I was totally ignored and staff looked at me but did not come say anything. If 645 is to late, it would be nice for someone to come tell me something. Instead I sat there for 15 minutes and staff hid when I got out to ask. I pulled away. Not impressed and will not be back.
