Horrible customer service by RANDY in the tire center. Will not return to this location.
I pulled in at 645pm tonight and was wanting a basic oil change, badly needed. The facility was still open with guys working on a car in the tire lane. I was totally ignored and staff looked at me but did not come say anything. If 645 is to late, it would be nice for someone to come tell me something. Instead I sat there for 15 minutes and staff hid when I got out to ask. I pulled away. Not impressed and will not be back.

Very nice people put our tires on talked to me about tire pressure
We typically have no issues getting our tires installed here until now. We spend a lot of money for them to install our tires on 3 vehicles. We just got all new tires put on one vehicle a few days ago.. Tires should be at 33psi. They were below 28psi the next morning after I filled them the same night of install because they were already losing air. We took the vehicle back and they “couldn’t find anything wrong” so I guess their solution was to fill the tires 20+ more than what the psi is supposed to be to keep the light fr... read more
