Walmart Auto does not support the warranty on the tires they sell. We bought a set of four tires. About five months later and less than 2k miles the tire got a bubble on the sidewall. Following their direction we ordered a new tire to be put on delivered to our house. When we took the car back in to change out the tire they charged us another install fee, and only gave us a $20 credit for the $90 tire with only 2k miles on it. I came to buy a new tire buy a tire and change take take out my rim to the old one to the new one.i manage to buy a new tire but they said they didn't have time to take out my rim and put it on the new cause they were about close and they had 3 people waiting in front of me even tho there were was only one person infront of me and I told them if they could at least just take out the rim for me they said they couldn't cause they were cleaning to close out even tho it was 5:20 at this point there was absolutely no one infront ... read more
They couldn't get off my girlfriends tires. Told her her lug nuts were seized. I took them off with almost no effort. It took three hours for them to accomplish nothing. Severely incompetent employees. If you can't competently change tires you shouldn't do it.
Had a good experience here. Ordered tires online and made my install appt for the next day. Staff was pleasant, and they got me in promptly at my appointment time. Craig serviced my car in a flash!! Had 4 tires mounted and balanced, and was on my way in less than 90mins. Thank you!
