They couldn't get off my girlfriends tires. Told her her lug nuts were seized. I took them off with almost no effort. It took three hours for them to accomplish nothing. Severely incompetent employees. If you can't competently change tires you shouldn't do it.
Had a good experience here. Ordered tires online and made my install appt for the next day. Staff was pleasant, and they got me in promptly at my appointment time. Craig serviced my car in a flash!! Had 4 tires mounted and balanced, and was on my way in less than 90mins. Thank you!
So, I bough/ordered 2 tires from Walmart.com to be delivered to, AND installed, to this Walmart Auto Care. My work schedule changed and I had to reschedule the appointment. I used the link in my email to reschedule and received a conformation. About 3 days later I get a call from some female at the auto center wanting to know if I still wanted my tires. I was trying to figure out how to schedule a tire rotation online. When I realized that that's not an option, I went in early to get ahead of the rush. I was then told it would be a 2 and 1/2 hour wait, which I do not have time for today. I would normally give the Auto center five stars. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of the kindness your Employee showed at the front register.
My battery was slowly dying and today was the probably the last chance I had to get it in. I was only able to get in over the lunch hour. They got to me quickly and did a great job, despite me not having an appointment and a previous customer being rude for no reason. My car is running much better now and the price was by far the best available.
