Do not take your vehicle here!! Guy told me he repaired my tire and that he installed our 2 new tires. The repair he did on our tire blowout the next day well my wife was on her way home with our 6 month old baby. They patched a tire that should have been replaced. This led to me having a flat on the interstate with my 5 month old son in the car.
Don't even bother calling. I tried for 25 minutes straight and no one answered. I walk in while it's still calling, and none of the phones are even ringing.
As a former Naval officer I was always taught to take ownership in everything that my division owned. if one of my guys screwed up, I was the one accountable for that screw up. We own a 2019 Ford Escape that needed a new battery.
