I brought my car in for a battery check since it was still under warranty and clearly showing signs of premature failure. After waiting two hours, I was simply told the battery was “good,” with no explanation, test results, or effort to address my concerns. It felt like they had no interest in honoring the warranty or even properly explaining their conclusion. I made an appt on my Walmart plus account for an oil change and brought my car in for a noon appointment. When I arrived at noon I was told it would take about 45 minutes and almost 1.5 hours later I went to check on it and they told me they were finishing up. I went to check on it about 15 minutes later and received the same response, when I asked how much longer they then said it was finished. I wouldn't recommend this location.
The oil changes usually fairly quick and you can get it done while you shop. Number one complaint they don't reset your your oil change light.
Didn’t realize how great the value is for an oil change at Walmart. Full synthetic, service was good, some inspections and fluids included. Got to grab some things I needed in the Walmart store while I waited. Tip: schedule ahead via the Walmart app. I scheduled ahead, I asked the guy at the desk and he said they prioritize appointments, so the wait isn’t that bad.
