So, caught a screw and stopped in to get it fixed. I parked in front of the doors because lots of places you just pull up and some one comes to help you. This little kid comes out yelling that I can’t park there. I noted that there are no signs that say this so how would I know…No how can I help or anything just so rude and very derogatory about me needing help. It was more about where I was parked than helping so I was fine to take my business next door.
Comically poor service. Had two appointments (tire install and oil change), back to back, on Friday 8/29. I was reassured 3-4 times that everything was good to go. It is Sunday 8/31. After buying my own tires and oil filter, they still have my care. No updates on the progress of the services, whether or not there is additional preventive maintenance needed; nothing. I went in to the auto center and asked them to put on 2 new tires that I had bought and had with me. When the person asked me if I wanted my tires rotated I told him no. We were wondering why it was taking so long when I went to pay the bill it was a lot more than expected and then he told me they rotated the tires anyway. So I will not be going back to that auto care center.
Walmart needs to look into this auto center. The store manager needs to step in. Scheduled appointment at 230pm, oil change and tire rotation took over 2 hours! The department manager was there while i was askimg an employee why it was taking so long. The DMgr, walked off. I asked to talk to the DMgr, he never came (30 minutes, he couldn't bother to talk to a customer). Some other employee said they would "pass my concerns onto the manager." no she won't. Took my car here for an oil change. Left everything loose, oil plug, etc. and almost severely messed up my car. Had to take it to the dealership because the engine light went on as soon as I left Walmart. Very frustrating & will not come back.
