The cheapest tires I could find in town. Scheduled an appointment and brought my car in and was told to wait an hour.. I came back after an hour and they took a car that came in after me and hadn’t started my car yet. Told them to take my car off the lift and went to St. Lucie Battery and Tire. The guy at check in doesn’t know his left and right, completely incompetent people.
I bought tires with 80k mile warranty, I only got about 65k miles out of them but according to their manager that warranty isn't enforced by them because its by the manufacturer, their warranty is only with tire tread wear which makes zero sense, I told them my local walmart has always gone by the manufacturer warranty and have pro rated me if a tire was worn before its time, finally Anthony called someone else and agreed to take the balancing fee out which was a mediocre $16 my original bill was $159 for a one tire replacem... read more
Save your time and your money first let me say customer service does not exist at this location. I watched 110 pound woman have to buy a car battery and carry it to the register as 2 associates just watched her struggle. Made an appointment for 530 was told to bring it in early so we brought it in at 4:30 and they didn’t pull the vehicle into the bed till 6 o’clock.
