Poor customer service. Unwillingness to resolve problems they created. Left my tire worst than when I arrived And tried to make us feel guilty for asking them to own up their mistakes. Like if we were there asking for a hand out. I really hope Walmart invest on customer service and leadership training at the store. It feels like the leaders missed on them in the past

you get what you pay for, service done timely, however 1) I asked at the counter if the dashboard warning would be cleared after oil change. Was told by Matthew it would be if not let them know. when I pulled up to the service bay first I was told by one person not to park there ( i said why I was there, he walked away), then immediately told by a second technician they don't reset things, this was before I could even ask, 2) The sticker was for my next oil change in 3000 miles.
