I had an appointment for an oil change, waited almost an hour, and they refused to do the oil change because of my engine splash guard. I gave NEVER been turned away from an oil change anywhere else.
I got a warranty on my tires saying they will repair if any damage, I went to get my tire fixed because of a nail, the employee working was very rude and started confronting me being very unprofessional, I ask to speak to the manager Cynthia and she also was very disrespectful and also refused to fix my tire and when I ask for the keys to my car they also refused. Dont recommend coming here at all horrible service never coming back
Very rude & unprofessional. Takes forever and refuses services. DO NOT RECOMMEND they’ve had YEARS of bad experiences. Need to change their policies if they cannot do jobs right.
I had an appointment at 10:30 am they didn’t start until 11:45 am. Then they after 5 mins, they claimed they couldn’t do the oil change because it was the filter was “torched to tight”. If y’all workers are so lazy, just say that. Went somewhere else with no problems.
