I want to share a good review, few people do. I have always had good service with oil changes, even told of the need of cabin air filter change. They did not have a filter but stated I could buy one elsewhere and they would install at no charge. Job always done in estimated time given. Staff always polite.

Waited one hour to check-in. Don't sit your car like they direct you.
My car didn't make it to the empty oil change bay for 1 and a half hour and there were still a car before me, I approached tech Nicolas at the counter after a long wait for an associate, I greated him nicely for which he didn't even bather to reply and was staring at me aggressively instead he almost made his way out through me like if I'm transparent and when I asked for my keys to leave and complained about it to his co-worker Mike he simply responded "get your a$$ out of here" like if it's his own or father's garage.
