1st they try to over charge me team lead nice enough to correct gave me wrong invoice for a different card maybe that why didn't match I left there with a flat tire had to go tire shop near buy nail on front tire they didn't bother to check tires while there or they noticed offer to patch very bad service I hope they put right oil in my vehicle never had problem there did think they check fluids or tire that why I never get higher priced package Itnot not that much cheaper especially if they mess my car up Ill never go to fo... read more
Terrible service. Called ahead to see if I could get a service done, said yes. Get there 45minutes before closing guy is telling cars to leave. Told him I had called and they told me to come and he said” you should’ve called about that at 5. Now it’s too late” . First time coming to this Walmart in years. Won’t be back.
Tried to get an oil change, however they canceled because my splash guard is missing screws and they didnt want to be liable for it, just in case it'd fly off on the freeway lmao. Nissian has done my oil change and replaced my shocks recently and never denied my service because missing screws on my splash guard. This is what happens when you try and spend less. I'll go to Nissian instead.
Walamart aunto center Fontana asked me to come to drive in for an oil change so I drove from another city then when I got there, they just rejected me. The guy said that they( the person on the phone) dont ask them. Worst service ever;
Completely unacceptable. They promised a one-hour turnaround, but I waited over three hours only to find out they never even started working on my car, so I just walked out and left. Walmart corporate seriously needs to step in and audit this location because the service, manager, and technicians are horrendous. Save your time and go somewhere else.
