Walmart now is in the business to deny customers basic services when they sell products. Then the coaches on duty lie and look for excuses to cover the sub par level of staff. I guess if you want something done spend the extra at a company that will do your business. Unprofessional staff, rude managers, and poor trained staff permeates this store, after my most recent experience team lead threw my keys at me and popped open my FOBIK KEY, luckily it didnt lose the pairing with my car as it was the only key I have. This started because I prepaid for my entire service appointment online and they changed it AFTER WORK WAS COMPLETE to pay at store. They just wanted to upsell and couldn't with the fixed price I already paid it was changed to pay at store and it auto refunded me, refunds take 1... read more
After scheduling on the wrong day I called to change it. Whoever I spoke to said I could and we scheduled for the next day. However, after AN HOUR they told me the tires are not in yet/they can't find them. I waited an hour.. after arriving 10 mins early.. never going back to the auto center again.
My riding lawn mower battery died after 6 weeks, which was very frustrating. I needed a new one but did not keep my receipt, The tested my battery, confirmed it was dead. Gave me my money back and then got me a replacement. I just had to pay sales tax.
