Nice quiet building with great neighbors...landlady n landlord are pleasant and quick to assist when work needs to be done. Love my spacious apartment, I no longer feel like I live in a 4x4... Place has character... Now under new management, SPHA, work orders rarely done, they want your money but just don't seem to care... Sad, i love my neighbors, my neighborhood, just wish the management would care
