As fate would have it, Stephen and Lori were able to draw on their experience working in and managing Wally’s pizza 30 years earlier in Maryland. RecommendedSo we visited Wally's for the first time tonight. They were very nice and polite while I ordered. 9"- red sauce pepperoni and olive, calzone- red sauce meatballs and mushrooms, fries, large caesar salad, dessert twists, and four drinks. To be delivered to the bowling alley. Now having experience in a pizza restaurant, and witnessing the amount of orders before me, I did not expect my food in a flash. I think people forget that part. Bad pizza. Stopped in for dinner, and was told it would be 45 minutes. Said ok because we really wanted it. Toppings were very scarce, and the crust was unrisen, gummy, and burnt. You buy Sicilian pizza for the crust. Charged for extra cheese and center of the pizza didn't even have cheese.
we have been waiting for our sandwiches for over a half hour. There is only one other customer in here. The guy working didn't greet us when we came in. Guess we won't be back.
Horrible food today and so was the last time we ordered about a year or so ago since new ownership. Really disappointing too because it’s right down the street from us and we used to be loyal weekly customers it was our favorite for several years, but now seriously the pizza and garlic knots were terrible! No flavor whatsoever, we would love the old recipes back! I typically wouldn’t bash a local business but I think the owners should know this.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. Not only can they not follow direction and pay attention to detail, which I have no tolerance for.. The pizza took almost two hours to be delivered and it arrives cold! When you call to find out where pizza Is, they mumble so you can't understand them and make no sense. They make all kinds of excuses, refuse to call the driver to find out, and come to find out it's because the driver never had left yet! I have never had a bad experience here. The pizza has always been spot on correct and I highly recommend the pan pizza. I love the funky vibe of the music they play. This place beats the cheapo pizza places around town. Not a gourmet pizza , but not that crap servered at Dominos or Little Cesar. Very good quality and I will continue to eat here.
The BEST PIZZA IN CARSON CITY, NV. Pricey but WORTH it!!!!!!!
