This is zero stars but it was required to give something. This is the most atrocious gift service I have ever used. I ordered a bottle of champagne for delivery as a gift in June. They did not send it out until I followed up two weeks later asking if it had been sent out. Fedex had trouble delivering the gift so it was sent back to their warehouse, none of which was reported to me until a month later when I had asked the person if they ever received my gift.
