Their service dept is a joke . Brought my son’s car in to be repaired they sent a video of diagnostics and we agreed to repairs . Charged us $2,000 and check engine light came on the next day. We brought the car back and was told it needed major engine work.
RecommendedGreat experience buying a new vehicle at Wally's. Negotiated a fair price (given crazy market right now) and they didn't play any games or add any surprise fees or required dealer add-ons that are so common at other dealers these days. Everyone we dealt with during purchase was extremely nice and helpful (Thanks especially to Nick and Mike). Love the Bronco too!
I live in VA and ran across a 96mustang they had posted online and within a week had the car delivered to my driveway. They guys were great and constantly kept me updated and the whole process was easy and seamless. The car is absolutely amazing and then out of nowhere they sent me a package with the original window sticker and a bunch of other stuff related to the car! I highly recommend Wally’s ford!
