As someone with celiac disease, this is the safest restaurant I've ever been to! they have a completely separate gluten free prep area and fryers. Fried chicken is one of the foods I missed the most, but now I can enjoy it worry free at Wally's!! It's so delicious, whenever I happen to be in the area I stop in. Thanks for being a safe place for celiacs to eat out!!
