Wally and Julian are fantastic at what they do. Both have worked on different bikes I have from high end road to mountain bikes, the bikes are always dialed right and ready. I highly recommend them.
What an AWESOME guy. My son hadn't ridden a bicycle in a few years and we went on a Bike Ride with the SLO County Veteran Outreach Program (Bike ride SPONSORED by Wally's) and he was so very gracious and kind. My son was unable to stay up on his bike and Wally stepped right in and got him a low bike with 2 wheels in the back. It was amazing. He wanted to make sure my son had a great time. Wally was friendly and the shop was nice. The back left tire on my son's jogging stroller went flat a few days ago and I tried pumping it with my own pump but it went flat again every time I unscrewed it from the pump. I didn't know what to do because I'm broke. Someone told me go into the nearest bike shop and they'll fix it free. So I went to Wally's, the nearest bike shop, and he was very nice and fixed it fast. He also went ahead and put more air in the right tire too. A good experience and I would recommend this shop.
I have been coming to Wally’s for years now. Walter has become a friend. I recommend him to everyone as he’s the best!
I got my first trike from here yesterday. Every employee I pestered with a thousand questions was very kind and helpful,especially Wally.
Just plain fantastic customer service! I bought my new Catrike Villager from Wally and could not be happier. He made sure it was perfect before I walked out the door and went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. No need to go anywhere else. Set your nav to Wally's!
