For many years I have been hesitant about going to the dentist. Wether it was for cost or that it wasn't on my list of priority. That place is extremely unprofessional in terms of keeping appointments. They keep canceling appointments without notifying. I paid $520 for deep cleaning due a bacterial infection and I’m still ongoing treatment. Plus, they still need to mail my whitening kit. Another thing, my X-ray I can’t find on my account. Also, there is no phone number to call. Horrible, horrible and horrible. great tech, nice professionals, but their space is dirty, the wall dividers are cheap. worse of but there is never an option to speak to a human, their system messes up appointment confirmations and there's nothing that can be done
Had a great experience with my X-rays and cleaning. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. Scheduling was easy and there were no hidden surprises on costs.
I’m honestly confused on the high reviews. As soon as you walk in, there is a very long wait time. When they sit you down, they’ll have a “real dentist” examine you. To then immediately try to upsell you on services, with no sink might I add. The whole experience is going to feel like someone trying to sell you a car at a dealership. Extremely disappointed
