I visited the Tribeca location. All staff were wonderful, caring and informative. My teeth felt wonderful after the visit. I am looking forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend to everyone.
I don’t recommend Wally Health. I had a very disappointing experience with them regarding a periodontal treatment charge that I never authorized and never received. I was charged for a periodontal treatment even though I did not have an appointment for it, never agreed to the treatment, and most importantly, the treatment was never performed. Terrible! They told me I have 5 cavities. Went to two other dentists and neither found anything. They are just out to upsell you. I also bought a retainer from them. They didn’t fit so I went back for a second X-Ray and they still didn’t fit. The only time customer success is fast and proactive is when they want to sell you something. Have a problem? You won’t hear from them for days.
