I visited Wally Dental for a cleaning and was disappointed. After the appointment, significant plaque and calculus remained. I expected a thorough cleaning, but didn’t receive the service I paid for. When I raised the issue, I was told they don’t offer refunds after the first visit because of membership policies, even though the service was not properly done. I was then quoted an additional $800 for further treatment. They have now canceled my membership renewal, but I’m still waiting for my refund or a proper resolution. I ... read more
If you are member no body answer your phone. Very hard do second visit
The most pleasant dentist experience I’ve ever had. The room was so soothing and warmly lit, the staff was efficient and friendly, and they were the first dentists to actually offer me cavity prevention rather than leaving the cavities to develop so they can drill/fill them later. Overall a great experience and I plan on going every month!
