Very upset with the service and billing infrastructure. I had a 1500$ dental plan mapped out by them I wanted to pay in full instead of a payment plan.. instead they auto set me up with a payment plan and began charging me without my consent. I messaged them being its the only way to contact them and there was nothing they could do. I asked for a supervisor to which I was then ousted completely. DO NOT GO THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. I’ve been a member about a year - every single appointment without fail I wait 30+ mins after my scheduled appointment time and they never even apologise. Today I got into the chair 30 mins late, and which point they inform me they have to do X-rays which I don’t have time for because I’m now late for work. They REFUSE TO DO the cleaning I’d booked without also doing X-rays, not acknowledging it’s their fault there’s now not time for both. Waste of my entire morning save yourself the money
They are super kind and fast! Very clean, calm and welcoming environment. This is the best service I have ever received during a cleaning. They explained everything to me in one sitting and helped me understand everything I needed.
I came in with a lot of worries just because I haven’t been to the dentist in almost 8 years. Palesa was super helpful informative and helped extract the insane amount of plaque I had. Was super excited with the Swiss airflow cleaning. Magda and Omar were also super helpful with getting my healthy teeth journey kick started at the beginning. Really incredible team in Williamsburg that keeps you smiling!
