I had some health issues that I had to deal with because I was under employed for a year & ot effected my teeth & gums. The hygienist and the dental assistant who took my xrays were very kind, compassionate, non judgmental. The cleaning was also an amazing experience . I recommend WALLY in Williamsburg , Brooklyn to anyone.

I visited Wally Dental for a cleaning and was disappointed. After the appointment, significant plaque and calculus remained. I expected a thorough cleaning, but didn’t receive the service I paid for. When I raised the issue, I was told they don’t offer refunds after the first visit because of membership policies, even though the service was not properly done. I was then quoted an additional $800 for further treatment. They have now canceled my membership renewal, but I’m still waiting for my refund or a proper resolution. I ... read more

I loveeeeeeeee this place. Compassionate, down to earth, understanding people. Very welcoming. Very helpful. I had such a pleasant, comfortable first visit. Can’t wait for my second cleaning!
