I would love to give zero stars as an African American I had my first visit I’m hit with a surprise policy if we can’t do anything while I have chronic high blood pressure and dismissed me when I said I was fine and canceled my membership the same day, now I’m waiting 10 business days for them to give me a refund. So again don’t go unless you want surprise fees and they don’t cover anything but whitening and cleaning everything else is extra. Why would I do that when I could go through insurance.
I loved my experience at Wally in Williamsburg. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone. It was everything it was promised: a full mouth X-ray, a full teeth 3D scan, a saliva test, a gingivitis test and an amazing tooth cleaning and teeth whitening. My hygienist, Magdalena was very caring, nice and professional. All in all, I received a great service.
Some of the cleanings were great, some left me waiting nearly an hour in a hot, crowded seating area where half of us were standing. My biggest gripe is the dental tech told me my teeth looked great, then I got an email recommending dentists to fill my cavity. I replied and they assured me I had a cavity. I went to a dentist and paid for X-rays. No cavity.
I need regular cleanings to keep my teeth in good shape so was interested in trying Wally. I went to the Williamsburg office. It’s open plan, which may not be for everyone, but I don’t mind (though I do hope the employees have a quiet break room in which to decompress). My first visit was handled efficiently and I was impressed with the tech and what I received (still waiting on the whitening trays but the estimated 3 weeks hasn’t passed yet). I’ve had two appointments there now, and Wally is great. The offices are immaculate, the service is prompt, and the staff is friendly and professional. Plus, I like that they have different locations to choose from. Highly recommend!
