The only complaint I have is the cockroaches
They've always been quick to respond to issues, communicate often, and maintain the exteriors well. The inside of the apartments are old, but the prices reflect that and it allows a comfortable home at a reasonable price point. Neighbors are all fantastic and the location cannot be beat.

a place not recommended, starting with the rats that come out of the basement, poor maintenance, office always closed and above all the parking is insufficient just visit it at 9pm so you realize and if you try to park in an unassigned place for a couple of hours, the maintenance people call the police to issue a ticket. Please don't move here, you will regret it from the first week
