I had pathetic experience with this clinic. Below are my observations. 1. General appointment takes $90 but for capacity certificate assessment for insurance which was less time compared to regular appointment they charge more than $200. That was quite unfair trade. 2. Because it was related to insurance, I required referrals. I haven't received all referral letters requested. When I enquired about it, I was asked to pay for that. That's pathetic service. I have booked an appointment with Dr and she requested for 27 blood tests and X-RAY and informed me that she will contact me with in a week with results but she didn't call me. After couple of weeks I contacted GP practice and receptionist informed me that Dr is on holidays. I waited 2months unfortunately never contact got a bad experience and wastage of money. I have moved to another GP practice.
Helpful caring polite and very thorough
I would give ZERO stars if I could. Ally from front desk hung up on me twice when I called for some clarification. How childish and rude... Someone from clinic made a mistake and didn't charge me and after leaving you were chasing me as if it was my fault. There was an issue with Medicare and you were asked to wait until the next day so we could pay in person. You used my husband's bank card details instead (for payment).
