Dr Wijayalath Palipana is so kind, caring and thorough! I have seen countless doctors over the past two years with ongoing / unexplained symptoms. results come back normal, so I’ve been told it could be in my head. Palipana is the most kindest compassionate caring Doctor you could wish for and holistic care and wellbeing is paramount to the practice for the individual with genuine concerns listened to and acted upon. Absolutely horrible, I don't know if it's the fact that the women is racist or not because she kept on making unfunny jokes about where we came from saying "we do things illegally here in Australia" just because my daughter asked her to run some tests on her. Another thing is where she kept on bragging about how she was following the rules when she clearly wasn't because everytime we booked an appointment she would tell us " You only have 5 minutes and you can only ask me 1 question." I had an extremely upsetting experience at this practice today. I booked an appointment through HotDoc with a specific doctor who already sees other members of my family and also had the earliest availability. Before booking, I called the practice to ask whether the appointment could be done via telehealth. I was told it needed to be in person, so I booked accordingly.
