The care team who helped with my husband was wonderful but Anna went above and beyond. She was very calm and loving during a difficult time. My son and granddaughter both commented about how impressed they were with her. I will never forget you Anna! Thank you.
It has taken me 2.5 years to write this review. My dad passed six days after he arrived at this facility. It was an extremely traumatic experience for me, his daughter, made possible by the night nurse who left me sobbing, wailing in their chapel in the middle of the night because she screamed at me in front of my dying father. Do not bring your loved one to this place. Sure, they’ll do the bare minimum to care for your loved one as they lay dying, but there is little to no family support, education, etc. and the nurses are ... read more
These people are angels!! They took wonderful of my father and my whole family. The facility was lovely and well taken care of. What a blessing during such a difficult time.
Walls Universal Home Health and Hospice Service was just a God send for our family. From the moment that the nurse enter our hospital room for consultation, we were set at ease. She was soon followed by the Chaplin to guide us through paperwork and sensitive decisions. Thankfully making sure that it was her decision was so important to us. My sister-in-law was transported from a hospital by two kind and friendly gentleman. Once we entered the facility, it looked more like a real home.
