Would never use this company again. A waste of time, a headache to deal with and no real answers but they will ask you a million. I would never try with this place again.
Absolute worst Property Management company that anyone can ever use. First off for a home owner wanting their home rented, these people take so much time with each individual that the home could have been rented over and over like 5 times. And the application process is too extreme!! Jim Walls must have been screwed over in his life multiple times and he is just disappointed with everything. Since using Walls management since 2018, the quality of the tenants have improved based on the vetting process this campany uses. Jim helped me make better decisions on how to handle difficult tenants and kept the property well maintained and in compliance with all tax and code regulations.
