部屋が汚くて、ルームの清掃疑うレベル。
the only thing that was good about this stay in this motel was the jacuzzi. I asked for non smoking the room smelled so bad with cigarette smoke, than when we were about to lay down we moved the blanket and we noticed the sheets were dirty like literally nasty dirty. We told the guy and he came to change the sheets and didn’t even apologize about it. The couple nxt to us caused a loud ass scene yelling, cursing and banging on shit through the night. Parking was awful. Never again will we come here.
This motel took my reservations then gave my room away, then STOLE my money. Saying it was non-refundable...
