This guy doesn't know his stuff. He kept trying to fix our AC and it took him 3 times before he got it to work. The unit was new, only a couple of years old. He kept saying things like we were someone else and he didn't know where he was. After he got it running it stopped again a week later. He said it was working fine and we had done something to it!
