Outstanding Service – I recently had Walls and Floors Unlimited install hardwood flooring and carpeting in my home. Not only did they get the job done impeccably, but the customer service I received from the office manager all the way to the installers was incredible. great customer sevice – i found walls and floors to have a huge selection to choose from. The sales person that helped me had great suggestions and helped me choose tile that looks amazing in my home. The installation was quick , clean and inexpensive. My wife and I couldnt be more pleased.
Poor customer service – Had floor placed 1.5 years ago. Problem with floor which they acknowledged. Kept saying they would come to repair. They set up appointments and would not show or call. Came up with one excuse after another (guy sick, saw is broken, have other jobs). Still do not have floor fixed.
