Dr. Walls and his staff are amazing. Needed an emergent visit due to a fall. Quick call to their office and they got me right in! Highly recommend ¡
So I still go to this dentist office, nothing wrong with the staff or anybody there, I came in to get a chipped tooth contoured, and I got that done but It changed completely how my teeth set or how it made them feel on that side, I believe there should of been a conversation about this before permanently removing enamel that effects my bite but owell I guess im alone on that hill.. My experience was poor the last time I went. although Dr walls says there was not much taken from my teeth, I still feel a noticeable difference. (Small but noticeable difference) no warning from the newly doctor at the office but after done was told by him, “your going to have to just get use to it”. Oh okay thank doc, and why wasn’t any of this mentioned before u started contouring my teeth which repositioned my bite? Overall upset with the whole experience. Our family LOVES Dr. Walls and his entire staff. Cleanings are always excellent and easy, he has done a couple of procedures on our kids (we started taking the kids there when they were 2, you don't have to go to a Peds dentist, they are awesome!) and on me and answered questions along the way, made sure we weren't in pain, and explained everything. Definitely recommend this office to everyone.
