I accompanied my daughter to her appointment on January 2 at 9:00 AM. I was filling in for my wife, who is usually present, and this was our second visit with this provider. From the start, the experience was deeply concerning. The provider (Brian Watkins) did not introduce himself to me at any point when we first met. He also did not acknowledge my daughter by name. Will and his staff are great! I recently participated in their Psychological First Aid training and they did a fantastic job! In addition, I have made several referrals to Walls Counseling. Great work!
