I am very impressed with the communication. Kaylee is a Gem, and will be very missed. I can’t thank her enough for the help and tools she gave me. 37F here, and first time in counseling. Walls is very caring about their patients and I look forward to the next steps in my journey with them.
I accompanied my daughter to her appointment on January 2 at 9:00 AM. I was filling in for my wife, who is usually present, and this was our second visit with this provider. From the start, the experience was deeply concerning. The provider (Brian Watkins) did not introduce himself to me at any point when we first met. He also did not acknowledge my daughter by name.
