It was old and musty. But we got what we paid for, and for a two night stay, it was extremely pleasant. I enjoyed some outside showers and our screened in porch. I enjoyed more time on that porch than the beach! It was a few blocks from the beach, and a short walk to Starbucks. I was extremely pleased. Just be sure to pack some bed padding and pillows.
