Hometown Bank always covered checks if I was over a little. They would charge me the overdraft fee but they would not "bounce" payment. Wallkill Valley Federal "bounced" a payment to my credit card company because I was $1.13 short in my account. Now not only do I still owe the cc payment, but the $35 fee has put me at a negative at the bank. Is it time to find a new bank? Change my rating especially for Michael, thank you for all your help.

I am very disappointed! I went to my branch in Maybrook Ny inquiring about a personal loan. The guy there said sorry the one you need to talk to is on vacation and that I would have to go to wallkill. I drive to wallkill (25 mins) get there and she is out till 1. I came back at 105 still not there a girl helped me out with some paper work I was filling it out when someone came over and said can I help you?
