Twice within a month my debit card got flagged for fraud at the worst time. Of course it happens on a Saturday afternoon after the bank is closed. I am without access to my debit card until Monday morning. First time was two weeks before Christmas and now I am leaving town for 6 days for work. Not at all convenient to be without my card. Guess this is the price you pay for banking local.
RecommendedWe moved from a large bank to Wallkill and LOVE our choice. I actually enjoy going to the bank now! I highly recommend them to everyone.

The employees at the wallkill branch always go above and beyond to help me even when I have the most outrageous requests! They are so kind and friendly! They have outstanding customer service(especially Kelsey)! I’ve been a member here for about 3 years and I’ve never had any problems whatsoever! Would definitely recommend this bank! 10/10!!!
The people in the Highland Falls branchare amazing!!!! They go out of their way to help you!!! Especially Jim, the bank manager!!! Amy, Doreen and Arte are wonderful too- they go above and beyond to help their customers!!!! Excellent bank!!!!
