Bad communication within the company. Salina Ruiz called me as had an attitude from the start. She asked me "who is this." And, I replied "you called me so shouldn't you know who I am or at least inform me who you are?" She said "my boss told me to call and ..." This company does not mention the fee they charge. See email below, they never broke out the cost for insurance as only $1511 for insurance and $501 for a brokers fee. Even the receipt they sent makes it seem like they are charging for insurance not a fee. It says ageis wrap around never brokers fee. This is unethical and illegal. They have been reported to the state, but I aIso want to add they were not even able to to the job they charged $501 for.
