I contacted the corporate offices concerning an incident that occurred at the Dirt Cheap in Washington. Not only were the employees rude but the manager was very rude as well. I was told a person named TOBY was going to call me and now over a week later still haven't heard a word. They clearly do not care of their customers or trying to resolve an issue.
