Good start with communication and time frame for the window arriving in Saskatoon from out of province. I called to check the status of the window, as it had been over the stated time frame. Was told it was in, and an install time was made. The day of the installation, i got a text canceling, saying he'd call and reschedule for later in the week. That never happened. We called them to fix a window as we didn't get any help from the original installer. They were here the next day to see what the issue was and then returned the following day to repair the window. Excellent service!
