La señora de la oficina Cindy es cero profesional y muy grocera. Al llamar a la oficina sobre un problema en el apartamento me grito sin dejarme hablar y me colgo el telefono cuando yo aun estaba hablando.
Fine for the price. Not the nicest apts but in a ok location and close to the university.
Wouldn't recommend these apartments. Air conditioner made my whole apartment smell like rotten fish. Called it in to the office. Cindy the front office representative said the smell was probably because of my pets. Obviously it wasn't and still wanted maintenance to fix it that day. I went to work hoping to come home to a fixed air conditioner but it still smelled horrible when i came back. Called again and they sent maintenance again but they didn't show up till 11pm. Extremely unprofessional, it's ridiculous. They take away your student discount and take advantage of you if you're a young foreigner or if you're low income. The things I have heard smh. I have no idea how they have good ratings.
