Team Gregg made us feel like we were their only customers, they were there to answer phone calls and emails whenever we needed anything. The home buying process can be very overwhelming and it helps so much to have people so knowledgeable in their job to make things run so smoothly. Our daughter and her family are now buying a home and we definitely recommended Jane Gregg and her team.
Jane Gregg and her team were AMAZING! Customer service in spades, quick responses to questions, and multiple people worked during their holiday time off so we could close. Everyone is friendly and goes above and beyond. This quality of customer service is so rare.

We bought the house back in 17 and the follow up from W&V has been really exceptional. We used them as the builder gave us a discount to use them but they were professional as heck and followed up with us all the way and for over a year after the sale. Pretty happy with them all the way around.
This is our second time choosing Wallick & Volk. Jane and her team made the paperwork request seamless each time, without requesting unnecessary and difficult to obtain documents. Jane was also very quick to match another offer we were given by another lender. We highly recommend her team not only because they made our lives easier but also because they are a nice team to work with.
