I'm deeply concerned about the current situation with the elevator in this senior apartment building. It's been out of service for two months now, far exceeding the initial estimated repair time of 4-6 weeks. My aunt, who resides on the 3rd floor and relies on a cane due to osteoarthritis in both knees, is greatly impacted by this issue.
