I am very pleased with the service, I will be using Waller's Plumbing as my plumbing contractor. Great experience.
Requested a single leaking valve be replaced, but instead I got two new valves and a remodeled system; initial verbal quote was for $600, but the actual cost including the additional valve and pipe was over $700. GET A WRITTEN QUOTE Before using this contractor. It was supposed to be a easy sweat three joints, replace a valve and then re-weld them, but instead the took my old pipe that was still usable, re-routed my pipe requiring more joints to be welded and more time to complete the job.
We've been using Waller's for 17 years now. There's a new generation on the roster and I'm impressed as heck with the quality and even aesthetics of their work. I feel really lucky to have such a great team here of knowledgeable plumbers in town. I recently had them hook up a hybrid heat pump water heater. They actually took the manual home to study it before the main work, then got it in, took out the old water heater and boiler, and capped the gas lines.
