LOVE, love, love...the service at Waller Tire Place in Chester! Ray Waller. Jr. is one of the nicest men you'll ever meet! He's funny too, but I seem to bring that out in people when car troubles are involved. Ha! Ray rescued me with his 24-hour service. I had a little mishap involving a pothole; he arrived on a Wednesday evening after 8 p.m. in Old Towne Petersburg, changed my tire in the pouring rain and reassured me I was safe in his company.
