Dr. Waller was very attentive and listened to my concerns. Dr. Waller communicated with me. I was touched when he helped me put my shoes back on without any hesitation.
Dr. Waller has been my neurologist for several years. I have found him to be knowledgeable and experienced in my illness and its treatments. He is sympathetic while being honest and non-judgmental and I appreciate him. His staff is also very kind and helpful.
This is the most arrogant, indignant, condescending doctor out there- not to mention his personality flips when he is dealing with disability patient. If told by disability to see, please request another doctor immediately. While in the waiting room this doctor was goofy and jovial talking loudly about cars but then in the room when he found out it was a disability patient, his demeanor flipped and turned curt and nasty. When finished we asked if we could ask a question and let's just leave it at... he could not be bothered ... read more
I saw Dr. Waller when I first began having seizures, in early adulthood. My family noticed they were coming with my periods, and in the middle of my cycle. Upon discussing this with Dr. Waller, he said that he had “never heard of such a thing.” He ultimately told me I was “very emotional” and that my body became overwhelmed and had seizures in response -basically “hysteria.” My gynecologist assisted me in finding a wonderful neurologist who listened. She diagnosed my condition as Catamenial Epilepsy (epilepsy tied to hormona... read more
Dr. Waller is hands down, the best doctor in town! He cares about his patients, takes his time to address your questions or concerns and he is very intelligent. He diagnosed me and recommended the best treatment that has kept my symptoms from progressing. I feel like my concerns are his concerns. I would highly recommend Dr. Waller. Thank you Dr. Waller, I appreciate your kindness and genuine care and concern for my well being!
Dr. Waller really took his time with my husband and me. We are both very pleased with the care, concern and follow-up he exhibited. He ordered a CT, additional bloodwork and a driving evaluation. Dr. Waller personally call to review the results and to expedite further treatment. The CT showed 3 issues that require further investigation and provided all the appropriate referrals.
Great experience! Professional and friendly bedside manner. Listened to my long list of symptoms; sorted them out; provided a thorough exam; and reviewed my previous records. He asked what my concerns were and addressed each one. How refreshing to find a competent physician who LISTENS and takes TIME with the patient. I will recommend him to anyone that has a need in this specialty! Thank you, Dr. Waller! (courteous and efficient staff, as well)
Very thorough in his exams and also excellent explaining his findings and recommendations. Would highly recommend him to others needing neurological care.
