From the point of sale to the installation of my pool, this has been one of the most professional experiences I have had with a company. I was kept updated on all processes and timing of my installation. The pool was installed prior to my scheduled date. The install crew was amazing - 10 out of 10 I would recommend Waller Pool.
You will not go wrong purchasing from Waller Pool! Superior services and a top notch experience.
Be wary of purchases that may need follow up. They were friendly and all smiles when we were spending money purchasing our pool and setup, afterwards, we were left fending for ourselves,, female actually rude, not helpful at all,, shutdown another male employee that tried to offer help for our situation, was our first pool we were novices. Worst customer service ever. I have been dealing with this owner for 13 years. One pool and two hot tubs. And this lady laughed in my ear the other day on the phone. I will after my order comes in never I mean never buy another thing from this lady!!! Update. You can see her rebuttal, I am very familiar with text script and it will not pick up her laughing at me…. It will pick her up talking down to me also.
