Very Professional and had a great personality, Ricky Coogle, (of Waller Heating & Air Conditioning) fixed our AC problem in no time, Waller is definitely putting customer Service First with their experienced and pleasant technicians, 5 Stars for Ricky & Waller!
Waller was excellent from beginning to end of the installation of my new AC. I definitely needed a new system because the old one was on its last leg unbeknownst to me. Myself and my fur babies are able to breathe so much better. Thank you, Waller.
Ricky was great. He came out about 30 minutes after I called the After Hours service and diagnosed/fixed the problem quickly. I am so thankful to have cold air blowing again!
Techs came out did a terrific, quick job locating coil leak. Advised us its under warranty, charged us $160 for the visit, would order the part and come back. Two weeks later they installed part in about an hour or less. Billed my wife, I wasn't there, $570, no itemized bill other than mention of adding 2# of refrigerant. I call a a/c friend of mine down south, explain charge, work, etc and he said it seemed quite steep and should have been an itemized invoice.
