Best service I have ever had! From the office staff to the techs to the vets and surgeons! Very impressed.
I had a horse taken to Waller Equine Hospital years ago for a enlarged secome.He died that night. I'am not upset about that, I'am upset about the staff not calling me and telling me about what had happened. Instead, they bill me $125 disposal fee the next moning, after they told me he died. I wrote them a check and left with no apologies.
This year has been a really rough year for me and my horses, and I would have never gotten through it without the wonder staff at Waller. I sadly lost two horses this year, but was reassured there was nothing more that could be done. Everyone of the staff was amazing in my visits to the hospital and Dr Boutros and Dr Schroeder were very kind and explained everything so I that I could fully understand what was going on. I really appreciate their kindness for both humans and animals.
