Waller was recommended to us. We had water damage on our property. We contacted Waller on a Tuesday to help us remedy the situation. They were supposed to call back to let us know when they could come out to assess the issue. We didn't hear back by Thursday afternoon, so we called to check in again. We were then notified that a letter was sent out declining our business because they were over capacity.
