This is the second time I've had a great experience. The first time was 3 years ago. Our outside unit went out and the tech was quick to pinpoint a burned out capacitor. The second time was recently. I had them do a second opinion after our attic unit froze up. I was told by another company that the system had a coolant leak and that I needed a new unit, and because mine was old and it was more efficient to replace both units. We had a leak in our AC unit and had an AC tech from another company come out to the property to take a look at what the problem was. The tech gave us the estimate and one of the repairs that were needed was to clean the drain lines and so they did. Then, we noticed that the pan under one of the lines was getting rusty and we needed that to be changed, so our management company recommended Waller County Electric to have them do the work. Too high in cost, their have been here twice fixing issues and have said whoever installed it did it wrong. They installed it. I didn’t pay the first time for the correction. The second time I asked for a maintenance which they can out and performed. The cost was $196, I have never paid that much for a simple maintenance. The maintenance has always included the coil, drain and outside unit. They left, it was after 5, did not check the unit, it was not running, had to stay home from work the next day so they could come back t... read more
