Greentown Floral is simply the best! Suzzane’s arrangements are fresh and stunning! The roses I ordered for my wife arrived beautifully arranged and the roses were so fresh and fragrant that the soft rosebud aroma filled our home for the last 5 days! Unbelievable customer service!! I order flowers through A third-party and the order was sent to wallenpaupack floral. I live in New York and was sending sympathy flowers. There were some issues with the delivery and I spoke with Suzanne the owner of this shop and she was beyond helpful. She went over an above to ensure the delivery got to the family. Please support this business.
I want to start off by saying that the customer service is excellent and they went above and beyond on the flowers and the delivery. Susan who is the owner really delivered on the 24" White Cala Lillies I requested which are very difficult to get in December. The prices are very reasonable and your getting a professional florist you can trust and pays attention to details. The overall experience with Susan and her husband who made the delivery was great. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Flowers sent to me for my birthday arrived smelling like cigarettes. I don’t smoke, especially not now being in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Owner called me and her response was “cigarettes? They’re roses” as if I’m a moron? They traveled here somehow, I surely didn’t blow cigarette smoke on them.
