Stopped here to get my great aunt a bouquet and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing prices, and gorgeous arrangements that are clearly well taken care of. We will be returning here for all of our flower and indoor plant needs!
I don’t leave reviews but my overall experience with this establishment isn’t a good one. I had received a phone call from a “Christine” today in regards to a review my wife had left the previous day. My wife and I were extremely disappointed the 4 Sunflowers that were added to the roses had wilted the following day. Mind you those 4 Sunflowers cost me $50. My husband ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day and they were suppose to be delivered by1pm. They did not come till 5pm they quoted him $153 in the end they charged $168 on the credit card. He ordered a dozen roses, baby’s breath,eucalyptus and sunflowers. There was no baby breath and the flowers were beautiful but the sunflowers were closed and wilted and the next day the sunflowers were hanging and dead. I called in the morning to request a floral arrangement for delivery on the same day. The women I spoke with were extremely helpful and very nice. The piece was received quickly and the person who received it was thrilled and loved it. Thank you ladies for your great work!
My sister ordered flowers for me for my birthday. First let me say the arrangement was beautiful however: the flowers were 4 days late were mostly dead 4 days later. The plastic ferns in the arrangement smelled like mildew. I had to remove them. I wouldn't order from you again. Thank you
