The place is nasty and the staff is lazy and very rude. I had to pay my own people to come out and fix my sink, do any maintenance fixes all the year almost that I have lived here. They are NEVER to be trusted and bribe at the door for money cash that is. They NEVER come to my house and knock. This house has mold, rat infestation and bedbug's along with MANY More issues! Rent is very cheap at this place. There is two ladies that worked office ones really sweet and the other one is really rude. When it’s the first in rent is due and you haven’t paid before the first they will put an evection notice on your door it was raining really hard one night and my windows were leaking water into my kitchen and living room I had to tell them multiple times to come out and fix them about a month goes by in water still leaking in from the windows all they wanted to do was Put a sheet of metal on the windo... read more
Been calling and leaving messages can someone call me back please
Its a good place they work with you with rent but my water bill was $306 because of leaks.. they refuse to pay for the extra cost...so now its hard to make ends meet... plus for a month now i jave asked them to fix one of windows and a door and they still havent done anything.... this is ridiculous .....i would not really recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!
