Purchased a tractor and had some warranty issues with it, called the guys from Watertown and they came out picked it up and took care of the issues without hesitation. Communication has been great. Very easy to work with.
Will not get into details, but service manager isn't a man of his word! Will never go there again for service or to buy parts
