Looking for a gas line for my 1952 MF, they couldn't help me but steered me to a place that had what I needed. Alot of places won't do that, while I was there looked at their line of mowers. Salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable,
Polite workers
After a rocky start trying to figure what the issue was with my Kubota and then the warranty debate with the staff as, Kyle, the manager at the Watertown NY store got involved and was able to get things moving in the right direction. He got the tractor fixed and the warranty confusion cleared up. So far it all seems to be working as it should again. Happy with how he handled it all.
Horrible my mower has not worked right since day one. It tossed mower blades first cut. They flew out from underneath and blame me! The mower dies after an hour use since the day I got it. I have reached out to dealer. For some reason I have to pay for warranty work. They refuse to help me. They refuse to fix their own product without charging me for the broken junk they sold me.
