Sloppy concrete work they never came back to finish the repair.
Wall con gets alot of hate but they have way more hope and intelligence than a company like brewer and it shows. Just be smart use the correct codes use the proper amount of materials and not more than codes requires to reduce cost and labor. Hope to see wallcon take over Tucson doing it the right way and not dumb like brewer. After being cut off. Brake checked and flipped off by one of their workers in a company truck. Wouldn't recommend these people to anyone who would hire such losers.
If the other reviews weren't bad enough, they framed our new build house with standard door heights even though plans call for 8ft interior doors. After delays getting someone out to fix the issue, they decided it was fine to raise the header and scab in a piece of wood to support the header instead of the required sill to header jack stud. They would never do this on their own home, so its extremely deceptive to try and put it on a customer's home hoping they'll be long out of the picture before the doors start sagging.
