The top of my sun hat literally unravelled and left a gaping hole. We purchased it from you at the American Academy of Dermatology meeting in D.C. for Summer 2016 & it didn't last 1/2 of the season. Love the look - but the quality of your product is unfortunately lacking.
First off - best, most stylish hats ever. Secondly - they stand behind their hats 100%. When my beloved Savannah hat started to unravel, just a quick email to the company, and a new one was at my door in less than a week! Thanks Wallaroo!
