I have actually sold at least six Casual Traveler hats for you. My seamstress bought one, one of my neighbors bought one, another neighbor bought 3, and a colleague of mine bought one. This doesn't count the number of people who have stopped me on the street to tell me how much they love the hat on me. After saying this, they ask me where I got it. If they don't, I tell them anyway. I love this hat! It really protects from the sun, and it looks great on.
Bought a Wallaroo straw hat recently and absolutely love it! Wore it to a concert and somewhere between the security line and our seats the hat band disappeared. Wrote to the company to see if I could purchase a new hat band and the sent me a replacement hat instead!! Amazing customer service Wallaroo! You’ve got a customer for life!
