This is our first apartment and so much better than we expected. They have changed from what they used to be and are getting even nicer over time. The landlords and maintenance are very kind and trustworthy. They do anything they can to help people in need. Highly recommend if you're needing an apartment with short notice. Whistler flats are utilities included apartments at a great price. These apartments are in walking distance of many stores and parks with a police station and vet office down the road. The place is great. It hasn't been difficult keeping rent paid. This is my first apartment and I feel like I've gotten very lucky for the place I got and for the landlords that are willing to communicate. Overall it's definitely recommended to look into living here

lived there for 6 months by the time I left i had to throw my $400 bed away because of bed bugs they knew they had but didn't let anyone know and across from my duplex they had those white trucks backed into one of the houses fuming for bed bugs doesn't deserve my money
